Key Benefits:
The Aluminium Blade Panel from Clear Choice Pool Fencing is a fully welded, powder-coated fence panel built for modern residential applications across Perth. Constructed from 16 x 65mm aluminium blade uprights welded to a robust 40x40mm horizontal frame, each panel arrives ready to install — no on-site welding or assembly required.
The blade profile delivers a contemporary architectural look that suits both pool barrier applications and general garden or boundary fencing. The wide 65mm blades create a strong visual presence while maintaining an open, airy feel that complements modern home designs. Available in three on-trend powder-coat colours — Black, White and Monument — these panels coordinate with a wide range of exterior finishes.
Four size configurations are available to suit different applications, from standard pool fencing heights through to taller boundary screens. Three of the four sizes are AS1926 compliant and independently NATA certified for pool safety barrier use, backed by a 10-year powder-coat warranty.
At Clear Choice Pool Fencing, safety, compliance and product quality come first.
Our aluminium blade panels are manufactured from powder-coated aluminium and independently tested by a NATA-accredited laboratory in Australia. The 1200mm, 1500mm and 1800mm height panels are AS1926 compliant for use as pool safety barriers, so you can install with confidence that your fence meets the requirements your council and certifier need to sign off on.
Each panel is fully welded before leaving the factory — meaning the structural integrity of the frame is guaranteed and there is no on-site welding, drilling or assembly required to complete the panel itself. The powder-coat finish is backed by a 10-year warranty, providing long-term protection against fading, peeling and corrosion in Perth’s outdoor conditions, including coastal and pool environments.
Whether you need supply-only panels for a DIY installation or a full supply-and-install service, our team can assist. We also stock the matching blade gate, raking panels for sloped sites, and blade brackets — so you can source everything for your project in one place.

Rinse panels with fresh water to remove dust, chlorine spray and salt residue. This is particularly important for properties near the coast or adjacent to pools with regular chemical use.
Wipe down powder-coated surfaces with a mild detergent and a soft cloth. Inspect welds and bracket fixings for any movement. Check that any gate hardware associated with the panel run is operating correctly and self-latching as required.
Coastal properties: Rinse panels regularly to prevent salt deposit buildup on the powder-coat surface and in the blade gaps.
Inland properties: Remove dust accumulation from the blade profile to maintain the finish and prevent surface staining during dry season.
Pool adjacent panels: Rinse after pool chemical treatments or backwash events to prevent prolonged chemical contact with the aluminium surface.

The 1200mm, 1500mm and 1800mm high panels are AS1926 compliant and independently NATA certified for use as pool safety barriers. The 1000mm high panel is not pool compliant and should only be used for garden, boundary or decorative fencing applications.
Each panel is fully welded before delivery and arrives ready to install. There is no on-site welding, drilling or panel assembly required — simply fix to your posts or brackets and the panel is complete.
Choose based on the height requirement for your application. For standard pool fence runs on flat ground, the 1200mm panel is the most common choice. The 1500mm and 1800mm panels are used where added height is required — for example, on boundary fencing, raised areas, or where a taller pool barrier is preferred. If your site is sloped, consider the Aluminium Blade Raking Panel for sections that require a raked profile.
Panel widths vary by height: the 1000mm and 1200mm panels are 2400mm wide, the 1500mm panel is 1825mm wide, and the 1800mm panel is 1635mm wide. Post spacing should be set to match the panel width. Refer to the product images for full dimension drawings for each size.
Yes. Clear Choice Pool Fencing stocks the matching Aluminium Blade Gate (available in the same heights and colours), Aluminium Blade Raking Panels for sloped sites, and Aluminium Blade Brackets (pack of 4) for attaching panels to posts. All are available in the same colour range to ensure a consistent finish across your project.
DIY installation is straightforward for experienced builders or confident handypersons. Each panel is pre-welded and ready to fix to posts using the matching blade brackets. Professional installation is available through Clear Choice Pool Fencing if preferred — contact us for a supply-and-install quote.
